Yep, I've been using CS4 for quite awhile :> (though I've been lazy about getting stuff out lately >_>). The hardest part of it, I think, is understanding the layers, but I pretty much got that down after some practice. The tools are pretty easy, and there are about 10 kagillion tutorials online for the program... hope that nugget of advice helps :>
